CLASSIFIEDS

Postby Tighe » Thu Jan 29, 2015 10:10 am

Instead of creating another Forum thought I'd try just making a thread for Classifieds.
Any used gear from Minnesota can be posted here
Please include your contact info in your post. If posting an email address you may want to make it less bot identifiable like: Janedoe at comcast dot com.
Pictures help.
All negotiations and sales are between you and the buyer. EOS has no role in the transaction.

Happy sales...

BTW newest postings are listed at the bottom of the thread.

2015 Slingshot Raley 12m ( kite only) $725

This kite has only been flow a few times... still crispy! The last time I flew it unfortunately it hit the water and ripped the canopy, by the time I pulled it in it tore all the way to leading edge, and about 8 inches in LE. It was a straight line tear in middle of canopy ( not a seam) and it was just professionally repaired as you can see by photo... very solid repair. I was going to keep this kite, but new one came in...so now I have three 12m and have to divest.

So this kite is just like new ( except for tear). I can send more photo's if needed.

2013 Slingshot Raley 12m -with bar $700.. without bar $575

Even though it is a 2013 the kite is in perfect shape.. no rips, tears, pinholes.. bridals in great shape too. This is the slightly smaller size Raley before they went bigger in 2014, and because of that you can still ride this 12 when others on their new 10 and boost to moon!

I love this kite and am having a hard time letting it go.. so must go to a good home! FYI- you can see it flying in EOS entry site pages.

COMPLETE with bar+lines, bags, kite. I only use the bars for one kite, so they are all in excellent shape. kite holds air perfectly, kite canopy is still clean and mostly crispy and the stitching is all intact on the leading edge. Minnesota kite, so mostly fresh water, grassy beaches.

10m: $875 SOLD
12m: Sold
14m RPM: Sold

Slingshot Fuse 149 x 43 cm.

I've gone to only riding surfboards but this Twin Tip board by Slingshot is what got me started in riding directionals and loving that feel. Board, straps, pads, and fin are in great shape except for one cosmetic ding.

See review: http://www.iksurfmag.com/issue3/?page=95

$75 firm.

Airrush Sector V3 54 x 172 cm Only $175

This board is well known for being the best freeride race board around. The 54 does everything really good. Extremely fast, planes early, carves sweet jibes. If you want a great light wind board for MN that is still comfortable into mid-upper 20s this is it!
Board comes with straps and fins. There is a soft spot in front of back strap but otherwise in great shape.
See review that characterizes board perfectly:
http://epikoo.com/kiteboarding/gear/kit ... or-v3-2013
http://www.airush.com/blog/blog/airush- ... -sector-v3

Or another review:
“Sector 54: This board was an insane amount of FUN! It is so playful you just don't want to come back into the beach. It boosts well and is so easy to throw around that I found myself smashing lips, carving turns and doing board offs and all sorts of transitions with it. It is a huge step forward from the V2 52 as it has much more performance but also feels easier to ride. Like the 60 you can ride this board flat or edge it heel side so anyone that can kite can just jump on and ride away (just like the 60). It doesn't have the bottom end of the 60 or 66 but it will still smash any twin tip or surf board in terms of bottom end. This board is really fast too…”

Get back to your roots Peoples!

This is from the first or second year they put this board out. I think they called it the Kona Style when it came out. Sailed once last year and a couple times this year. Been using it as a paddle board, works!

$750

SOLD: Small Wave Boom

Postby erics » Thu Oct 20, 2016 12:31 pm

Boom found for landsailing. Thanks Rick from Hudson, WI!

I'm a Chinook fan, anyone got an old small boom that's beat up for some land sailing. No boom too beat up refused! I lost the one below in the ER at Hood River. Booms make great adjustable crutches too!
